We have just had a weekend of snow!! We got about 3 inches and have had a fun filled weekend. Snowmen, snowball fights, and sleds are at the top of the list. A fire in the fireplace, hot chocolate and chili are second in the running. It was so much fun watching all the kids play. We are back to ordinary now. The snow has melted and the snowmen are looking a little sad. The kids have the week off of school and I need to get caught up on the laundry. This morning I was upstairs working on my never ending mound and Emma called me to come down. "Look mom!! A pile of jump". She had piled the beanbag chairs and all the blankets into a huge pile and was excited to jump. She and Noah had a great time jumping and I had fun watching! It wasn't snow but they still had fun. Lord, please help to never take the ordinary times for granted. Help me to cherish each day that you have given me. Help me to see the joy in ordinary days.
