Noah Andrew..........Double digits!

Noah Andrew is 10 years old today!  The time has flown by so fast.  You entered the world in the quiet early morning, 3:20am to be exact.  I can still remember holding you for the first time.  I felt such happiness and peace when I held you.  You are such a special gift!
You had kind of a rough start.  When you were just 1 month old you had to have surgery for pyloric stenosis.  I can remember feeling so scared.  You showed us all what a tough little boy you are and came through like nothing had happened!  Your strength and perseverance is something that you continue to have today!

You were such a happy baby.  You continue to be one of the happiest people I know!  You were always smiling as a baby!

Like most little boys you were VERY busy.
You loved to play in the laundry basket.

Your first birthday!
You had the curliest blond hair!  I love the way your whole face lights up when you smile!
Noah's 2nd Birthday!

I can't believe you are DOUBLE DIGITS!!
Today we celebrate the "Gift Of You"!  I have learned so much from you!  You have retaught me to never give up!  You are such an inspiration to us!  I know that what ever challenges you face you will ALWAYS give it your all!

My "Little Arabian"

It is Nutcracker time again!  Emma loves this time of year.  Me on the other hand, finds it a little stressful. She gets to be an Arabian this year.  The custom is very cute and in Emma's words "very itchy"!   She  has practice every Saturday from now until the performance.  It is fun to watch her!  She had dress rehearsal and pictures this week so I snuck a few pictures.

I can't wait to see the show!!

Woodstock Wildcats------2nd garde girls basketball team!!

We officially have another basketball player in the house!!!  Emma had her first practice a couple of days ago and had a blast!  She has been so excited since we signed her up.  Everyday, OK it seemed like everyday,  she would ask when her first practice was.  She was also super excited that James is the assistant coach.  James has never coached but I was so proud he stepped in to help.  The girls were so cute!  It was so fun watching them with their two "big boy" coaches.

She had so much fun and can't wait until next week!

Michael Jackson, Super Girl, and a 13 year old!

Halloween 2010 was a busy day.  We are still searching for new church home and visited a new church on Sunday.  When church was over we hurried home to get ready for Abby's first Jr. Wolverines basketball game.
Abby is #30

The game ahead of us was running late so our game was late starting.  Don't they know we are trick or treating tonight?  Abby's game was great.  They lost, but they played really hard!
I just love watching her play!!
After the basketball game James dropped Abby off at a friends house for trick or treating while I rode with Emma and Noah and my mom and dad back to our house for our Halloween dinner tradition, chili!  The last few years my mom and dad come over for Halloween to see the kids all dressed up.  They live in an apartment and there is not that many kids in their complex.
James got home and had a quick bite and being the awesome father that he is headed out with Michael Jackson and Super Girl.

This is SO Noah!

She IS a Super Girl!

They had so much fun and came home with way too much candy!!!

Noah got an extra surprise in is bag!  A packet of Mayo!  Yes,you heard me right, mayonnaise!

That was the funniest!!!!
I didn't get a picture of Abby before she got "dressed up" so I got one when she got home.

So, there you have it!!  Halloween was a success!!
