Emma Aubrey

Eight years ago today our red headed princess was born!  It makes me a little sad seeing my last baby getting so big!  She has brought so much joy to our lives. 

Emma was not born with red hair.  I got her up one morning when she was about 10 days old and brought her downstairs and James and I just kept looking at her.  I can remember thinking, when did this happen?  She has red hair! We laughed and laughed!  It really is true what they say about red heads!  Emma is a feisty girl.  Feisty in a good way!

She would make some of the funniest faces when she was a baby.  She still makes me laugh everyday!

I know she is a bit older in this picture, but I love that chin pout!

When her hair started to grow it looked like a mohawk!  It never mattered how much gel or hair spray I put in it always looked like this!

She wasn't to sure what all the fuss was about on her 1st birthday.  She was very shy around lots of people. 

Her second year of life went by SO fast. She was two before we knew it!

And then three!!

Her first day of preschool.  Four years old!

Her first day of kindergarten!!

Where is my baby?

Emma is sweet, and kind and always willing to share.  She still like to cuddle at bedtime.  She sometimes, still lets me hold her and rock her!

Emma you are a blessing and a dream come true!
